PWC NY Event Refund Policy
PWC NY appreciates your registration and support of our programs. Due to the nature of our events and the associated operational costs, all event registrations are considered final and non-refundable. We rely on these funds to plan and execute high-quality events that further our mission. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Options if you cannot attend:
Substitutions are welcome: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us at hello@pwcny.org at least 48 hours prior to the event start date to arrange the name change.
Consider your fee a donation: You may also consider the registration fee a generous, non-refundable contribution to PWC NY.
Event Cancellation by PWC NY:
In the unlikely event that PWC NY must cancel an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to apply their fee to a future event, or convert it into a general donation. We will communicate promptly via email and our website in such circumstances.
