Mentorship Committee
Mission
To promote women in the construction industry by allowing experienced and emerging professionals to engage in a meaningful and supportive relationship that fosters growth and confidence.
The mentorship program runs for 8 months. Here’s an example of the program schedule:
- June 2025: Application for mentees and mentors opens
- September 2025: Kickoff meeting, pairs are assigned
- 3-4 events throughout the program inviting all pairs to get together
- May 2026: Closing Ceremony
