Each year, PWC NY recognizes 20 remarkable women under the age of 40 who are making an impact in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry through their professional accomplishments, leadership, and influence. 
  
Selected by PWC NY’s Board of Directors, the 2026 honorees will be recognized at PWC NY’s Holiday Party in December. 
  
Nominations must be submitted by a current PWC NY member. Help us celebrate the next generation of industry leaders by nominating a deserving colleague today.
